"Exceptional service and personal attention"
Personal service attention is the difference maker. The people in the service department and at the desk and the greeters are the best ever. Always open, honest, up front. They know my name and my car. Prices are reasonable. Always discuss the need for a repair before doing it, never pressured. Work is done when they say it should be.

"experienced personnel, clean waiting room and friendly staff"
Hyundai Roadside Service is awful. I would not recommend your roadside service to anyone. I made a call 9:37 pm and could not get my car towed to Springfield Hyundai until 10:30-10:45 am the next morning. This is a disgrace.
