"The service dept. and i would like to recognize service writer Aubrey Henry "
I have a 2007 and 2015 Santa Fe and have those both serviced at Springfield Hyundai.The only reason I do is the great service department managed by Stacey Miller. Great job. However, with every successful manager there is a great supporting staff. For this, I would like to recognize my go to service writer you know his name it is its Aubrey Henry. Every time I take my vehicles in for service he is there greeting you with a hello and smile. He is very attentive and listens well to your concerns. I listen to him speak when he communicates with me and other customers. He is knowledgeable in his field and his customer service skills with internal and external customers are impeccable. This individual is ready to move up the ladder in this dealership. If I had to select a person for my team, it would be him. In addition, if I had to select a team member from Springfield Hyundai for MVP it would certainly be Aubrey Henry. Because of you, I keep returning to your service department. Keep up the great work that you doing there.
