"A New Day at Sprignfield Hyundai"
I reluctantly took my car to this dealership for recall fixes.Reluctantly because of past experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything seems to have changed for the better IN MY OPINION. Everyone from the lady I spoke to on the phone to the Service Advisor were friendly and efficient. I spent less time than I expected as well. Whatever they have done, they should keep doing.

"Customer Service"
Non communication between departments. No notice of warranty expiring on battery just a attitude by the lady. Told to bring car in for service and recalls then asked why I am I there. Which was set up through service appointment. Then can't just show up if in the area. You don't have a appointment.
