Arte said there was a small issue with miscommunication about the estimate. He was charged one amount, then during the repair the business called and added an addition $200 onto the estimate, which he was not happy about. He brought his vehicle to this business because of the reputation and he wanted the best.

Gary said he was totally satisfied with the service he received. He had to wait an extra week for his vehicle because they were not able to access all of the damage in the beginning. The repair was difficult and he was fine with the delay.
