I apologize you feel like you were not taken care of in a proper manner. I have looked into your concern and do not understand 1. your time line or 2. your actual concern. It looks like we have tried to take care of you, we contacted Hyundai Corporate (case number 7894822) and we even tried to duplicate your concerns with you which you could not replicate. Your Vehicle was finshed on 5/20/2015. I am responding to you on Friday 5/22/2015 and the vehicle has been picked up. As far as your rental vehicle goes you requested a shuttle ride home when you dropped off your vehicle; however we are more than happy to give any customer coming through our door a vehicle but it is policy from Hyundai to give the car once a problem is verified.
I would love to speak to you more about this because at this time I feel like we do not deserve the score you have given.

- This last visit was no exception,...I brought the car in on the 20th of May for issues with the "Fuel-Tank" and "Infotainment-System",...They had my car for (3) days,...And I never got a call telling me the progress of the work or just to let me know something!!!!,...And it was only after I called the service dept' on Friday the 22nd to see what the status of my vehicle was, did they tell me that my car was ready to be PICKED-UP!!!!...That's good "CUSTOMER-SERVICE",...And I even called them on Thurs. to inquire about the status and ask the Service-Advisor "ERIC", who had been helping me, if they would provide me with a loaner car,...He tells me not till we "Diagnose" the problem with your vehicle!!!!!...Which they never did!!!!!...RU kidding me!!!!!...Suffice it to say I most definitely won't be bringing my car back to this dealership in the FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!
