BEST SERVICE
Derek was extremely helpful, and gave me fantastic customer service. I came in because my USB port wasn't working correctly, and since I am the 2nd owner I thought for sure they would find some excuse as to why my warranty wouldn't cover its replacement. Much to my relief, it was fixed under warranty and I couldn't have left happier! Bravo Stevens Creek service staff, you rock!
