Spoke with Kathy. She said Steve cares, and when he cannot do something or does not know something, he is quick to tell her and quick to be honest about it. His prices are reasonable, he is very easy to work with, and he tells her the truth. There were a couple things going on with her husband's vehicle and he took the dashboard apart and put it back. He said he was not going to charge when he did not know what the problem was. As a woman driving up, she knows he will treat her fairly, he knows his stuff, and he is just greatly appreciated. She gave a big thanks to this business. It is a place she knows she is going to get what she pays for and courtesy on top of everything.
