John said they only have one vehicle. There are no cabs and he hesitates to ask the elderly around him for a ride. So when he had to have vehicle towed from his driveway, he told this facility it was the only vehicle they had. When they get the vehicle fixed, they did not have any way to return the vehicle to him. He had to walk about 1.5 miles to get his vehicle, which was too much. He will find a closer facility. He has done business with them for years, but he is done with them because they are so far.
