Rebecca said they didn't really give her details of what was wrong with the transmission, but she only paid for a diagnosis. She already knew it was the transmission and wanted another opinion. They were great. She basically had the vehicle towed in, they told her the transmission was gone, and she appreciated them letting her keep the vehicle there until she could get it towed again. They also let her have someone come in and look at the vehicle, so they were very helpful. She'd recommend this business but it's in kind of a sketchy part of town and she stated as a single female she wouldn't feel comfortable going alone at night. She didn't have a problem, but she'd go with her boyfriend or a friend.
