Thank you Wayne for responding.  I agree with you but unfortunately it is the design.  I know our field engineer for Hyundai has been made aware and it has been forwarded up to the main vehicle engineers.  Since everything is computer controlled it would not surprise me that an update would be forthcoming extending the parameters.
