"Do not take your vehicle here"
Unless you want all of the oil to drain out of your engine, because the tech didn't tighten the oil drain plug on the pan. Thankfully I caught it. Went back the next day, John Kim refused to fix it, and argued with me about it. Flatly told me he was not going to fix his techs shoddy work. He's lucky he's not replacing my entire engine. DO NOT ever take your car here.

Just got my car back with a new engine to replace the other new engine that went bad within 3 years. Thank God is under the 3 year warranty. But, I honestly cannot say which is worse. This new one still has similar ticking sound. This is suppose to be a new engine.
