"Just wanted an estimate"
I'm pissed. Called and spoke with Matthew and request a quote for a bad alternator. He wouldn't give me even a rough estimate on the phone. Instead I paid $75 just to have it towed over there and another $50 for them to confirm it was a bad alternator. The estimate finally came, to the tune of $580! Are you effing serious? The car is worth maybe $1500. If I had even a clue that a repair on a $100 part would have been this inflated I would have never bothered towing it over.

Also, was told the car would be looked at on a Tuesday, then later told "first thing Monday." Quote wasn't ready until Thursday.

You've lost my business for good with this one. I have half a mind to ask for my "diagnostic fee" back.

Will be telling others to avoid your shop.
