"Confused"
They send out offers to get me to trade in and I get there and the pitch is totally different, then I get service and they contact me a over a week later and tell me I need service. Don't know what they are doing.

"Routine Maintenance "
Immediate reception. Not much use of advance appointment technology. I did have to explain why I was there when I had taken the time to book on-line. I waited for my vehicle and it was completed as scheduled even though it was a full service.

"I like the waiting room and the people are very friendly."
Most of the time, the work is done in a timely manner. I do think the prices are a little high, but You do get fantastic service.

"Good service "
All in all, I was satisfied with the service department. The only negative was I was not notified when my car was ready. Service ticket said it was done at 10:35am. I called twice in the afternoon. Once was voice mail and at 3:00pm I got someone who told me my car was ready. First time this happened and I still like the service of mechanics.
