"What's the point of a warranty? "
Just want my car fixed and they refuse to fix it without it acting up in front of them. It only acts randomly and I wouldn't waist my time going back & fourth living a distance away.

I am sorry that you are having issues with your vehicle.  Intermittent issues can certainly be frutsrating.  Unfortunately, at this point, we are governed by the rules set forth under the warranty.  Diana has received the video and has asked the adjuster if that would be sufficient.  It is against their policy to accept video as proof.  However, certainly you do have recourse.  You can call them directly and explain the situation and the inconvience it has caused. 

Please know that we are on your side and would love to repair the car as obviously you would be happy and we would be paid for the repair.  If I can be of further assistance, feel free to contact me anytime.

"Overall pretty good"
Only real complaint is the lack of communication service department has with the customer. This is a big issue. Need to keep the customer updated, especially if they haven't even looked at your vehicle all day and end up keeping it overnight. Service advisor Diana was awesome!! Would recommend if anyone takes their vehicle to Tamiami Hyundai that they take it to her. She's very very good and very respectful to her customers. If not for her, I would take my car to a different Hyundai dealership. She gets all the KUDOS!!
