Team One are the first people I call. They have great prices (even without the clipper coupons) and they never pressure you to get anything more than the manditory done. They will also provide you with a detailed list of what they suggest is due for changing/replacing whether it be for the benefit of your car or what is due for inspection when your time comes. They are always fast and efficient, and very friendly guys.
The only complaint is that they don't have a referral discount. I think I have sent over 10 people there for work and they have been just as satisfied.
