Carter said he was referred to the business by his family, but he was not thrilled with his experience. He took his vehicle in for a steering problem, but they could not find it. They found another serious problem, and when they were working on his vehicle, they got oil all over the engine, and it took him an hour to clean it off. They had to remove the wheels and they went through his entire vehicle and made a mess while looking for the wheel lock key. They should have called him and asked where to look. He had asked them to check a rear tag light, and they did not. He said he will give them another chance because they were highly recommended by his family.
