Jade thank you for your respond on the review, today's comments are number one priority for most business, your number 1 start rate, and comment shows you are not 100% satisfactory with the service we provide you, I check the history on your vehicle and we been service your vehicle since 08/20016 replacing rear brake, serpentine belt, oil changes 3 times, two tires, alignment, diagnostic due vibration on rear, and the last time you came on 09/17/2017 you came for diagnostic your vehicle had abs / brake light on. we offered you to do a diagnostic which is the best way to find the reason why light came on. When we finished the diagnostic we explain the problem and give you an estimated, you refused any repair.
I don't see where we failed on our service, if you can tel me what I can do for you to improve my service to hight level, I will do it, and l appreciated, our goal is to have best service to all costumers. thank you for your time and respond.
