Katie said they were very helpful, and even when things didn't go exactly as planned, this business communicated it well and they were pretty nice about the experience. She had to bring it back because the turn signals and the tail lights didn't work. Katie stated that's what didn't go as planned, but again, they were really nice about it and it wasn't a big deal. Katie was absolutely satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism.
