Spoke with Courtney. She said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the paint work performed because she had the hood painted and they did not notify her the paint on the coral was peeling so it looked like cr-p next to the hood. She said David mentioned if they had told him, he would have had them go ahead and repaint that area as well. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because they did not wash the headlights when they were finished. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because when they washed her vehicle, the driver's side mirror came off and was just placed inside of the vehicle. The appearance of the place of business did not meet all of her expectations and she chose not elaborate why. She did not have a claim through an insurance company, she paid cash for the repair. She would not recommend this business to others because they did not do the job correctly and she will not return. She used this business before and they did a pretty good job on her previous visit.
