John said after having his bumper repaired at this facility, they had forgotten to put the front license plate back on. He is still needing to go and get the license plate at this business. His vehicle took two weeks longer to repair than promised because they were waiting for parts to come in. He mentioned that the parts were in for 2 days before this facility started working on the vehicle. He wished he could have gotten the vehicle back sooner as he is a commercial fisherman and really needed his vehicle back. The customer service at this establishment was good and they did a thorough job repairing his vehicle. He said the repairs were a little pricey.
