Russell said he had to call the business throughout the whole process and he never got a call back. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because the side mirror that got hit and the paint that was scraped off was not even touched. The panel underneath the drivers door was also not touched at all. He was not completely satisfied with the paint work performed and the business did not repair his vehicle to satisfaction on the first visit because of the reasons already stated. His vehicle was ready 1 day later than promised because the business told him they nicked it after the paint job so they had to redo it. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel and he would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
