Denise said she was not satisfied with the length of time it took. She said it took 5 weeks or so and the vehicle was promised back to her a couple different times, although she can't recall the promised time frames. She had to borrow a vehicle from someone for two weeks and she also had to get two different rentals. The delay was in part due to the lack of communication with the insurance company. They weren't able to start for a week. Also, they couldn't get the airbag in and so they had to order a new dashboard. The repair ended up costing more than the original estimate she was given. Her headlights still need adjusting.
