Carla said her vehicle was a day late for reasons she is unsure of. They did not tell her the vehicle would be late before she came in, when she went in to pick up the vehicle they told her it was not ready and to come back tomorrow. She was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they did not do a good job of assisting her with this vehicle. They made her go to another business to work on her muffler. They did a bad job at fixing the muffler and when she told this business that, they did not want to do anything to make it right. It is for all the reasons already mentioned that she would not recommend this business. She would tell people to avoid this business.
