Spoke with Maura. She said the representatives at this business should be more informed about their rental procedure so that their customers know what to do and what to expect. The vehicle received a new bumper that does not seem like it is the original bumper for the vehicle. It is loose, not sturdy and seems as if it would fall off at any moment. The insurance company delayed things a little bit in the beginning. This business needs the approval from the insurance company and there were a lot of missed calls and voice mails being left. The business did a good job however, they should have a Spanish speaker or interpreter to assist with those who do not speak English very well. She would not recommend this business due to this recent experience.
