Spoke with Nancy. She said Jerry took his vehicle to Firestone and a vehicle that was being towed rolled across the street and hit the vehicle. She said Firestone and the tow-truck driver brought the vehicle to this business for the repairs because Jerry requested it. This business took great care of the vehicle. She doesn’t know what has happened with the insurance company because she hasn’t heard anything. Sean took good care of the vehicle and he is very professional. She brought her vehicle to this business in November and Sean helped her, so Jerry requested him on this visit. He was excellent. She and Jerry were impressed with Sean and the vehicle looks great.
