Spoke with Debbie. She said her vehicle is back a second time for paint chips on the drivers' side door and for the bumper to be fixed. There had been no damage to the door handle and no paint chips in the area, but after the repair there were paint chips and splotches in the handle area, which apparently happened when the paintwork was blended to match. This business will also replace a wiper arm. This business said the wiper arm was installed backwards, and she stated she believed the wiper arm was broken. This business is working with the insurance, and has been really nice trying to accommodate her. They didn't take the bumper off and do the job right, for whatever reason, but the bumper obviously had cracks. Dirt or grease was left on both front seats. The insurance agent talked about it to this business, and they said they didn't use grease. However it happened, this vehicle was torn apart and it got dirty. She asked them to put paper down for this visit. Her insurance company has been great. She'd probably recommend this business but she would tell the person to make sure to check everything. Sean has been really good and he's doing all he can to get everything resolved.
