Ashley said she has to take her vehicle back to this business because one of the headlights is not put in properly. There is a rubber step they did not install properly and has to be replaced. They left the trim in the back undone and she fixed that herself. She did not receive a set time of delivery. She was not kept informed even though they told her they would contact her. She is not satisfied with the insurance company because she is still waiting to hear from them about payment for the deductible and the rental.
