Spoke with Don. He said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of body work because he had to bring the vehicle back multiple times. He does not consider the vehicle ready because there are still some issues that need to be taken care of. The door doesn't close completely, and rain leaks in. They are aware of these issues. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they didn't come to pick his vehicle up. The vehicle sat around for 2 to 3 days with the keys inside. He gave them a number to call if they had any questions. They never called him, or picked up his vehicle. They said they were too busy. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons already stated.
