Tammy said she is not happy or satisfied with her overall experience, the quality of the work or the paint work performed because they pulled the panel off her vehicle, popped out the dent and put the panel back on. She said she was not told of this until the work was already done. The shop did not repair the vehicle to her satisfaction on the first visit because she is not satisfied with the repair. She waited an additional week for the repairs to be completed due to them looking over the water damage to her trunk that they told her was not caused by the accident and would not be covered under her insurance. She is not satisfied with the way the insurance handled her claim because the water damage was not covered and she said she feels that damage was caused by the accident. She will not recommend them to others because of these reasons.
