Pam said she did not have to take her vehicle back to this business and she was happy about that. She was not kept informed during the repairs due to this being a 3 day repair and there was no information she needed to know. They did a perfect job on the repairs. She paid for the repairs out of pocket. The receptionist was abrupt, she was not too bad, but she could have a little more people skills.
