Jamaar said there was a headlight replaced but he is still having issues with it. On his way home from the business he heard a new rattle. After looking underneath the hood he found out that not everything had been bolted down so he had to go back to the business. He chose not to evaluate the paintwork. He also chose not to elaborate about the promised time. He isn't satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they told him the light was fixed when it wasn't. There might have been a communication error because the first employee he spoke to was out of town, so he had to deal with a second employee who didn't know very much. These issues affected his recommendation.
