Earl said he has used this business before. Everything was good. His vehicle was delayed by three days due to additional damage found inside the fender. They did not keep him informed during the repair process. They put this liquid stuff on the tires, to make it black and shiny but did not get it dry enough. He thinks they should either not put it on the tires, or let it dry longer.
