Raydeane said her vehicle was 2 weeks late because they found additional damage. She said she felt they were just giving her excuses and they should know what to look for because it’s their job. She just moved to this area and she had no way of getting to work while her vehicle was delayed. She said they apologized, but that was not good enough for her. They did not wash the vehicle before returning it to her. She was not happy with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they were giving her excuses. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
