Vince said this business did not repair his vehicle to his satisfaction on the first visit because there is a leak in the windshield washer fluid bottle. When he informed this business they did apologize and told him they will take care of it. His vehicle was ready approximately four days later than promised due to a parts delay. He was not satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because of issues with communication. There were too many delays on supplements and delivering check to where they needed to go.
