Spoke with Chad. He said his vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, but he was unable to pick it up until Monday due to a parts delay. They initially told him there might be a delay, but they did not call him to let him know when one occurred. The woman in the office told him she left him a message, but he did not have any messages from this business. They were very polite and they did good work.
