Hello Jesus and thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at our Thoroughbred Kent location. Parts and materials selection are essential to facilitate both quality and promptness of a vehicles repair. We put our priority first in the quality of your repair beginning with the parts selection, and then followed with promptness to minimize the time of the repair. I am glad to hear that it was actually a 10 day repair and the 4weeks stated was incorrect, also and most importantly, that you were very happy with our repair and service. Giving our customers top quality and prompt service is our number 1 priority. We want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business.
Sincerely,
Leonard L
