Customer satisfaction and a positive experience for our customers is our primary concern, of course. There are times when we fail to adequately communicate with a customer regarding a prior condition on the vehicle that limits our ability to correct that condition under the Insurance claim. It becomes especially challenging with regard to squeaks and creeks on older vehicles. We at Kirmac are always willing to keep working on these issues with a customer and always invite customers to come back when the condition presents itself so we can help diagnose and take care of it if we can. Sometimes these issues are a wear and tear item that we are able to provide a discounted rate to our customers in order to help them take care of the issues that are not relatable to the claim.
