Christine said she rated her overall experience 3 because she wasn't really impressed with the receptionist who wasn't super friendly, but other than that, it was nice. The receptionist was just kind of cold, and it wasn't super warm and inviting while Christine was waiting. When she picked up her vehicle, the receptionist noted there was a deductible and told Christine she'd have to check on the credit card, which made Christine feel as though it wasn't her credit card. Then when she got the bill, it didn't show she had a deductible. It was just kind of strange, and Christine had to call the insurance company just to make sure the deductible was the correct amount. Christine didn't feel the receptionist had handled it all the right way, and that she appreciated her business. She didn't have to go to this shop, but had chosen this business because they were local. Christine would absolutely recommend them for the work they did. She also worked with a gentleman named Ren, and Ren was wonderful, but she dealt with the receptionist a fair amount.
