They went over everything so she understood exactly what the problem was. The first time her vehicle was damaged she had to go back to a different body shop three times for them to fix her bumper. They ended up never fixing her bumper, so she took it to this business. As soon as the man who came out to help her looked at the vehicle, he told her they could patch it right up. They fixed her bumper in an hour. They are extraordinary. Not only have they been quick to fix all of her vehicle's problems, when she found out that Toyota no longer made their emblems in gold, she had to have them ordered in silver. The business ordered the silver emblems for her and popped them in less than ten minutes. It was very courteous of the business. They returned her vehicle with perfect timing. The personnel were friendly, courteous and nice. The business provided refreshments to improve on their already relaxing environment. She tells everyone about this business. They are nice people who say what they'll do and do what they say. They called every time there was a problem and if they needed to change finish times.
