Tracey said the vehicle is now straight like it had never been in an accident. There was an area which had not been buffed. She had to bring the vehicle back to have the issue addressed. She just recently noticed an area where they missed the clear coat and she will be contacting the business about it. When she picked up the vehicle, there was a coating of light powder inside the vehicle, which they had not cleaned up. They are very nice and the business is very clean and organized. She also noted the guy at Enterprise was very nice but the vehicle he gave her was filthy inside as well as outside. He told her there is no place for the rental vehicles to be washed.
