Sudarat said she didn't like the treatment and that they were willing to overcharge her for the light issue. They replaced the headlamps and afterwards, there was an error message on the screen regarding the xenon lights on the vehicle. She brought this to their attention and was told that this was there before and they could fix this for an additional $700, which was their discounted price. This was on top of the $500 that had already been charged. They also told her not to go to the BMW dealer because they would charge her $2000 for this. She chose to take her vehicle to the dealer and the service advisor figured out the problem and only charged her $670. The repair took 2 weeks later than promised because of a parts delay. She wasn't happy with the courtesy and professionalism because of these reasons. She brought the issue up with the Geico adjuster and was told that she had already been contacted regarding the issue, when in fact, she had not. At that time, the facility person told the adjuster that it was another BMW owner that had been called and not her. The adjustor was not very responsive.
