Teresa said she received a voicemail stating that her vehicle would be ready on Friday and when she tried to call to make arrangements, she did not get a return call. The vehicle was not ready until Monday and they were closed by the time she got off of work and it resulted in her paying 3 more days for her rental vehicle. Lastly this business returned the vehicle to her but the navigation system was not working and she could not get the seat to stay where she needed it. She would not recommend the business due to the reasons mentioned.
