Paul said he was not happy with the first impression with this business but they were able to make it work and took care of him in the end. He waited 10 minutes while an unspecified employee walked past him, saw him and walked past again to his desk. The manager came out, asked if he needed help, took pictures of the vehicle and told Paul the person who handles the next step in the process was at lunch but he would be provided an email estimate that same day. He stated he never received the email and contacted his insurance company for another business of this nature's information so he could switch businesses. The insurance company contacted Paul and told him the issue had been resolved and Paul stated from then on the communication got increasingly better over the course of the visit. He was impressed when his vehicle was provided a courtesy wash, even though the outside weather was chilly. He had viewed the business before and after their move, and expressed the after appearance of the move was nice. He said he was very happy with the work that was done. Brian did a really good job and the communication worked out well.
