Spoke with Janet. She said there is a noise coming from the left front undercarriage of her vehicle that was not present before the repairs. She took the vehicle back to this business and they were very kind and courteous but could not resolve what the issue is. She will be taking it to the dealer to see if they can find out what is going on because it concerns her that this noise might be something serious. She was not satisfied with the repairs on the first visit because of this noise but everything else is great. She said her vehicle is lovely except for the noise.
