Sharon said she is not happy with the fact that she dropped her vehicle off on a Tuesday and she called on Friday. She was told it was in the paint both then later she was called and told it would not be ready until the 24th of December. She was told they close at 1:00 pm so to make sure she was there before they closed. She got there at 12:15 pm then she was told it would not be ready until Wednesday as they were waiting on a part. She called on Wednesday they said it would be ready on Thursday because they were still waiting on a part. It was finally ready late Thursday evening. She also said they were not really answering the phone every time she called, and they could also work on that. Due to this visit she will not be recommending this facility after being told all of these different things and making a trip for nothing. The facility is not close to her house.
