Michael said he was not satisfied overall because they told him they repaired his wheel, but actually they had just swapped it to the back and they disagreed with him about it. He said he felt they thought he was lying, which was not courteous of them. He had to pay for the repairs, but the wheel had not been repaired. He said they were stealing money from him. He would encourage people not to go to this business based on this experience and he would not recommend them. He said in the end the personnel noticed that all of the wheels were dirty, so they agreed that he had been correct that the wheel had not been repaired. They repaired it, but the vehicle was not clean when they returned it. They also left his headlight unplugged. His vehicle was ready a week late because they had to go back and plug in the headlight and repair the wheel.
