Rachell said the vehicle had to be returned to the business twice to get the repairs corrected after the original visit. It is currently there. When she picked up the vehicle the first time, they did not repair the damage to the bumper but simply painted over it. There was also a problem with the clear coat but she did not elaborate. The second time she picked up the vehicle the bumper was not correctly aligned and there were black specks in the paint. The vehicle was not ready on time since she had to return it to have the work performed correctly. She also noted the first time it was there, they forgot to call her to pick it up. While the woman at the front desk was nice, the man she dealt with seemed to be irritated with her particularly when she told them what was wrong and wanted it corrected. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
