Orrin said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work. He said he doesn't fault the business, but his vehicle was hit while it was in their parking lot. He couldn't say whether or not his vehicle was repaired to his satisfaction on the first visit. The customer service is good. He's working on it now with them.
