Suresh said the vehicle was not fixed the first time. He had to bring it back back after the repairs because a door dent was not fixed right. He had made arrangements to come back in for more dent repairs, but no one was prepared to help him on the appointed day. He said they acted like they did not know what he was talking about. He had taken a day off of work to do the work. He was not completely satisfied with their courtesy or professionalism. When one staff member leaves, they should tell the others what is going on. He would recommend them to others, but hopefully this doesn't happen to another person.
