Shelley said the body work and paint work was outstanding but they took the small hooks out of her carpeting on the driver's side but did not replace them. She may contact them in the future to ask them to replace them. When she dropped off the vehicle they were outstanding at helping her get things out of her vehicle. She had some injuries so she really appreciated the help. When she came to pick up her vehicle she had her toddler with her and she had to drive the rental vehicle way to the back of the business to make the exchange and there was no one to help her make the switch. The business was spotless. Even the restrooms were extremely clean.
