James said the business did a good job, but the vehicle was ready about a week late. He said there was a mix up about who to call when the vehicle was ready because he was out of town and he told them to call someone else. He was not contacted until two days after the work was done. He said they did not ask him what rental vehicle he would like, so he was given a luxury rental and charged a lot for it when he would have picked a different, cheaper rental vehicle. His vehicle still had the dirty paper covers to protect the carpet when he got his vehicle.
