Joel said they did a really poor job on a panel and they should have replaced it. He said they filled it with Bondo. They scratched up a bunch of trim. The paint color was okay, but they had to take the paint code and add gold flecks to match it. His vehicle was ready two days late because of the paint matching. He cannot evaluate the courtesy and professionalism because he went to the regional manager to have the panel replaced. He said he considered filing a claim through the courts. When he checked with another business they told him the work was barely satisfactory compared to the standard process with a caliper. He said he won't recommend this business for these reasons and he does not plan to return.
