Nathan said they originally told him the repairs would take 4 days, but the work ended up taking close to 8 weeks because of some errors. They told him the vehicle was ready, but it was not. The first time he tried to pick the vehicle up he found that some of the work they had outsourced to another business had been done wrong. The second time he came to pick the vehicle up the battery was completely dead and it needed to be replaced. The third time he came in the door locks did not work. He said the quality of the final work was good.
